We are unable to accept returns on special order or custom items, including:

Rings sized smaller than size 6 or larger than size 7

These items are considered final sale due to their personalized nature.
Damage & Issues
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing:
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect eligibility for return or replacement.
Return Conditions
All returned items are subject to inspection by our quality control team.

A $250 replacement fee will be charged if the diamond certificate is not returned
